Microsoft 365 Applications
The Business Premium package includes the full set of locally installable Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote for up to 5 PCs and/or Macs per user; Exchange Online email (outlook); Lync Online; SharePoint Online; Yammer enterprise social-networking; and 1 TB of free OneDrive for Business cloud storage. Some management features are not supported in Windows Home.
Best for start-ups and includes Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote (plus Access and Publisher for PC only). Host email with a 50 GB mailbox and custom email domain with a hub for teamwork with Microsoft Teams. You can use one license to cover fully installed, Office apps on five mobile devices, five tablets, and five PCs or Macs per user.
The Business Basic Package includes apps for email and calendaring (Exchange Online); instant messaging and video conferencing (Lync Online); team sites (SharePoint Online); 1 TB of free OneDrive for Business cloud storage, and Yammer enterprise social-networking support. Host online meetings and video conferencing for up to 250 users.
Apps for Business includes the full set of locally installable Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Publisher) for up to 5 PCs and/or Macs per user; and 1 TB of free OneDrive for Business cloud storage. It doesn’t include Exchange, Lync or SharePoint online. Office 365 Business can be used and shared with up to 300 users.
The Enterprise plan includes the full set of locally installable Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Publisher) for up to 5 PCs and/or Macs per user; and 1 TB of free OneDrive for Business cloud storage. It doesn’t include Exchange, Lync or SharePoint online.
